According to owner, Megumi Nakagawa, Love Joule is the first love and sex bar dedicated to women. Since most people in Japan view female masterbation as taboo, Nakagawa is out to create a new mind set. “Once they take a seat, customers are able to experience a pleasant place in which they can openly discuss masturbation,” says Nakagawa. Sadly enough, single men are not allowed to enter the bar. Only men accompanying a woman are allowed to enter.

A place to drink and talk about sex? We fail to find one downside to such an establishment.
