Germany's  Punk & Disorderly Fest 2010 has announced the final running order and stage set up for their annual fest which will happen April 2-4 in Berlin.  As reported before the headliners include Stiff Little Fingers, Buzzcocks, The Partisans, Cockney Rejects, The Business, Street Dogs, Anti-Nowhere League, The Varukers, Argy Bargy and the Bay City Rollers.  I still can't get over that.  Wonder how the punx will react.
