“Attention Wal-Mart customers: All black people leave the store now,” was the “prank” that 16-year-old Donnell Battie decided to play in a New Jersey Wal-Mart. As a result, a man is now suing the megastore for $1 million in emotional damages. As for Donnell, his lawyers are claiming that he suffers from several psychological disorders upon his arrest.
