It’s only a few weeks away from Riot Fest & Carnival in Chicago, here’s how all of you pass-holders will get your stuff.

*** ATTENTION ALL RIOT FEST TICKET BUYERS ***

3-DAY PASS:

3-Day Wristbands will be available for pickup on the following dates and times. Anyone who purchased a 3-Day Pass must retrieve a wristband from Congress Theater Box Office.

Dates:
• September 12th (Wednesday)
11:00am – 7:00pm
• September 13th (Thursday)
11am – 7:00pm
• September 14th (Friday)
• 11am – 3:00pm, 5:30pm – 10pm

Requirements for wristband pickup:
• Must have valid proof of identification (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.)
• Name listed on the pass must match name on ID, last name is acceptable.
• Copy of your Ticketfly email/printout confirmation
• To assist in locating your order, we highly recommend that you bring the original or photocopy of the credit card used to make the purchase.
Wristband information:
• Wristbands are non-transferable
• Lost, torn, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced.
• The wristband must be properly attached and fit snug on your wrist, loose wristbands will not be valid for entry. Security will thoroughly check at the gate.

VIP PASS:

For anyone who purchased the following: 3-Day VIP Upgrade, 2-Day VIP, Single Day VIP pass – you will receive your wristband and beverage tickets from the following location.  Single Day VIP – Saturday VIP holders please pickup on Saturday, Sunday VIP holders please pickup on Sunday.

• September 16th (Sunday)
11am – 9:30pm

PRINT-AT HOME
Print- at-home ticket holders, must print your ticket prior to attending the festival. A pdf copy of your ticket has been sent via email from Ticketfly. You may also access your ticket by logging into your Ticketfly account. The barcode will be scanned at the gate. We will not have a printer available on site for public use.

2-DAY PASS HOLDERS
2-Day Pass holders will need to present the same ticket on both days in order to gain admission to the festival grounds – so please hold on to your ticket!
