3 THINGS TO KNOW
- Click the blue “use payment plan” button when checking out.
- You pay 20% of the total balance upfront plus the $9.99 one-time, non refundable, Tixr payment plan fee.

FAQ
Keep This In Mind
- The balance must be paid off in order to validate the ticket.
- The balance must be paid off in order to upgrade the ticket, and you can’t pay the balance off early, so if you’re thinking about a higher level ticket, you’d be better off choosing it from the start.
- Need to update your credit card later? Yes, you can do that.
- Unfortunately there are no refunds on canceled orders.
- There is a one-time flat fee applied to the whole order. You will not have fees that get applied to each payment.
- After your balance is paid in full on Aug 31, tickets will be issued starting Sept 3.
- The last day to sign up for a Tixr payment plan is July 31 at 10:00 pm CT.
- E-tickets are set for delayed delivery and will be issued on September 3.
- Wristband pick-up information will be available closer to the event.
You can actually cancel your payment plan directly through your Tixr account. Once you cancel your payment plan, please be aware that we will not be able to refund you for any previous payments.
Update the payment method within 10 days to maintain the payment plan.
You will be notified if a payment is not successfully processed.
Don’t worry, you will not lose your tickets.
- Tixr will attempt to process your payment five days after the initial installment was due and then ten days after.
- If the attempt after ten days does not go through your payment plan is at risk of cancellation.
- If you have a past due payment and would like your payment processed immediately, please contact the Tixr Support Team.
Unfortunately, no.
- Payment due dates cannot be updated and payment plans cannot be paid in full at one time.
- Tixr uses a one-time fee of $9.99, not an interest rate. So even if there was a way to do it, there’s no financial benefit to paying it off at once.
- Log in to your Tixr account at www.tixr.com.
- Go to the user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right hand corner and click “my events.”
- Click on payment plan details on the event card that you wish to update your payment on.
- Click the drop down under your payment plan details and choose “new payment method.”
- Update your payment method and click “update payment info” to confirm the new card on file.
