Ticketing Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to RIOT FEST, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Details & Changes

• Rain or Shine: RIOT FEST will take place rain or shine.
• Event Modifications: All event details, including but not limited to the lineup, schedule, venue, dates, and programming, are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

No Refunds / No Transfers

• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, artist cancellations, personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

Force Majeure

• RIOT FEST shall not be responsible or liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or changes to the event resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, governmental orders, labor disputes, terrorism, civil unrest, or other emergencies (“Force Majeure Events”). No refunds will be issued in the event of a Force Majeure Event.

Admission & Conduct

• Admission is subject to compliance with all festival rules and policies. RIOT FEST reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for safety, security, or behavioral reasons, including failure to comply with festival policies. Denied entry or removal does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk. By entering the festival grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event, including risk of personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ticket holders agree to release and hold harmless RIOT FEST, its organizers, partners, sponsors, vendors, artists, and venue operators from any claims or liabilities arising from attendance.

Age Policy

• RIOT FEST is an all-ages event. Children 5 years old and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

Pricing & Taxes

• Ticket prices include all applicable fees. Any required taxes will be added at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and transfers are not permitted.
