HOW TO UPGRADE

Upgrades must be performed by the original purchaser.

To upgrade your ticket(s)…

The original purchaser (OP) must email [email protected] with the subject “UPGRADE” with the following information:
- Full name
- The email used on the original order
- Original Order ID
- What you want to upgrade to (e.g., 3-Day VIP, quantity, etc)
We create a custom, unique promo code for the total amount you have already paid.
You use the promo code to apply those funds towards your new order.

Please note…

Tickets with outstanding payment plan balances are not upgrade-eligible. You must finish out the payments before upgrading. You can pay off your payment plan early through your Tixr account.
Upgrades can only be completed within the same ticket types and quantities (ie. 1-day -> 1-Day, 2-Day -> 2-Day, and 3-Day -> 3-Day)
You pay the difference in price between your original order and the upgraded order, and any applicable taxes/fees.
