HOW TO UPGRADE
Upgrades must be performed by the original purchaser.
To upgrade your ticket(s)…
- Log into your Tixr account
- Click your initials in the top right corner
- Click on Wallet
- Choose your event marked with Upgrade Available
Please note…
- Tickets with outstanding payment plan balances are not upgrade-eligible. You must finish out the payments before upgrading. Unfortunately, there is no way to pay off your balance early.
- Upgrades can only be completed within the same ticket types (ie. 1-day -> 1-Day, 2-Day -> 2-Day, and 3-Day -> 3-Day)
