Community Job Fair #2 – 1 PM to 4 PM
Riot Fest is proud to be hosting its 2nd annual Community Job Fair for residents of the immediate communities surrounding Douglas Park. Residents will learn about the work opportunities available during Riot Fest music festival, about how to apply, and turn in applications to festival organizers. Applicants must be 18 and over. All positions pay $12/hr. For more information, or to receive a copy of the application, email [email protected].
Community Ticketing Registration – 1 PM to 4 PM
Riot Fest is again offering free admission to residents in the communities surrounding Douglas Park. There will be a tent set up at Ogden & Sacramento where residents interested in attending the festival can present a state-issued ID and 2 pieces of mail to confirm they live within 0.3 miles (4 blocks) of Douglas Park. The boundaries are W Arthington to the North, S Spaulding to the East, W Cermak to the South, and S Rockwell to the West.
*Note: In order to qualify for community tickets, residents must register for free admission prior to event date.
Every year, we arrange for area residents to attend the festival free of charge, because we value community inclusion and want our neighbors to feel that Riot Fest is not only something they can take part in, but also be proud of. We look forward to another weekend with our neighbors in September.
