What happens when a hot dog has sex with a hamburger? You get the Hamdog. The Hamdog is a hamburger combined with a hot dog in the middle of it and comes in a custom hamburger / hot dog bun.
“I grabbed a burger and a hot dog as I was really hungry. I was sitting in the car eating them both at the same time and my wife was looking at me like I was an idiot,” Mark Murray told CNBC.
Surprisingly, the Hamdog was invented in Australia and not the United States. Invented by Aussie Mark Murray, the Hamdog is currently only available in Australia and includes the with your typical hamburger and hot dogs topping, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. But don’t worry, Mark hopes to bring the Hamdog to the U.S. next year.
