Sally would love to cuddle her way into your home and is available for adoption at the Chicago Animal Care and Control. She’s is an adult female dog who came into the shelter on 10/7 as a stray. Sally is just such a sweetheart. She is calm in her cage and easy to walk on a leash. Once she gets off leash, her playful side comes out. She has a nice energy level, not too much, not too little. She likes to play with toys and with people and hops around like a small deer. Sally knows sit and is very treat motivated. She would make someone a really nice companion. Sally participates in dog playgroup with fitting playmates.

GOOFY A155762Goofy would love a yard to play in the snow in this holiday and is available for adoption at the Chicago Animal Care and Control. Goofy is an adult male dog that came into the shelter on 9/29 as a stray. Goofy is a big, clumsy, playful goofball. He LOVES to play with toys of any kind. He will gallop around the play lot with a toy in his mouth just having a great time. He will try to share his toy with you by climbing or jumping on you to see if you want to play too. He means well, he just will need an adopter who is willing to provide him with manners and leash training to help him grow into a great family pet.
Goofy participates in dog playgroup. He needs solid playmates who can help teach him how to play. He’s still learning how to read signals from other dogs.
