Figgy was really easy to leash up and was ready to go as soon as she got out of her cage. She can pull pretty hard on the leash and would benefit from some training in that department, but I think she just knew it was time to party in the snow. The cold weather did not even faze Figgy! This girl could play all day long. She loved to run run run and stop in for the occasional hello with a jump up and a “sit” for a treat. Figgy also knows “paw and “other paw.” She is treat-motivated and very smart. With some basic manners training, I could see this girl being such a very well-rounded dog. While exercise seems to be her first priority, she will cuddle up and loves being pet too. Figgy’s favorite game is fetch and she will drop the ball on command. Such a smart, fun girl to be around. Came into the shelter on 11/22 as a stray.
Figgy met a male dog on a leash test and was very appropriate.
