Coco Chanel is so sweet! We really love this dog. She came back to us as a stray, no longer a skinny girl, but a plump little tootsie roll. She is vocal in her cage, and I imagine is wondering why she’s back at the shelter. We feel you girl. She’s easy to leash up and will pull ahead to go outside. She could use a little work on her leash manners, but her excitement to be outside is endearing. Coco Chanel has no breaks. She will plow right into you as she runs up to you to say hi – so watch out or you might topple over. It’s all in good fun. Coco just REALLY wants to be close to you. She will lean into you with her bell in the ear and take all the pets she can get. I gave her a giant hug, put her on my lap, touched her paws, and looked at her teeth easily. Coco will sit on command and chase toys, but did not appear to guard them at all. You need to meet her, you’ll see just what we mean about how lovable she is. Looking for a lap dog? She’s your girl!
Coco Chanel joined playgroup with the other dogs. Playgroup noted she has a few dancing moves, but mostly just coexists. She prefers no contact and would prefer to spend her time in a lap (YOUR LAP).
