FAQ
Keep this in Mind
- The balance must be paid off in order to validate the ticket.
- Need to update your credit card later? Yes, you can do that.
- Unfortunately there are no refunds on canceled orders.
- There is a one-time flat fee applied to the whole order. You will not have fees that get applied to each payment.
- After your balance is paid in full, tickets will be issued starting on August 30th
- The last day to sign up for a Tixr payment plan is August 11th
You can actually cancel your payment plan directly through your Tixr account. Once you cancel your payment plan, please be aware that we will not be able to refund you for any previous payments.
What if a payment fails?: Update the payment method within 10 days to maintain the payment plan.
- You will be notified if a payment is not successfully processed.
What if a payment is past due? You will not lose your tickets.
- Tixr will attempt to process your payment five days after the initial installment was due and then ten days after.
- If the attempt after ten days does not go through your payment plan is at risk of cancelation.
- If you have a past due payment and would like your payment processed immediately, please contact the Tixr Support Team.
Can payment dates be updated? No.
- Payment due dates cannot be updated and payment plans cannot be paid in full at one time.
- Tixr uses a one-time fee of $9.99, not an interest rate. So even if there was a way to do it, there’s no financial benefit to paying it off at once.
- Log in to your Tixr account at www.tixr.com.
- Go to the user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right hand corner and click “my events.”
- Click on payment plan details on the event card that you wish to update your payment on.
- Click the drop down under your payment plan details and choose “new payment method.”
- Update your payment method and click “update payment info” to confirm the new card on file.
