Word has come down that Nails is set to join the ranks of bands re-recording their old material. At the end of October Southern Lord will put out a 7″ with new versions of “Confront Them,” “Lies” and “Obscene Humanity” re-done during the sessions from the band’s second LP Unsilent Death. The email also confirmed that the group is heading out on a short West Coast tour with Converge, Torche and Kvelertak, dates of which you can see below. They’ll finished up the year at Salem, MA’s Godcity Studios recording their third LP Abandon All Life with Converge’s Kurt Ballou; that’s expected to be out in the Spring via Southern Lord.
