Kids, do not invite this Randy Smith to partake in your next super soaker fight. The 54 yr old was found walking around in California with a super soaker hanging around his neck. Upon further inspection, police realized that the colorful super soaker was indeed, a shotgun. Made of $30 worth of parts, the shotgun was easily camouflaged and could fire one shell at a time.
