Taylor Hawkins to play Iggy Pop in CBGBs movie

Reports indicate that Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has been cast in the upcoming CBGB film. Hawkins will play proto-punk legend Iggy Pop in the film, joining Alan Rickman, Rupert Grint, Malin Ackerman and Joel David Moore in the movie. Since casting news is still fresh the movie is nowhere near filming but as it progresses keep your eyes here.
