Back in September Hydra Head Records announce their imminent demise. Now two months later it seems all operations won’t be ceasing after all. In this new blog post label head Aaron Turner writes about his new Hydra Health: A Hydra Head Rehabilitation Project initiative. In order to fund re-presses of the label’s back catalog and to help downsize to a more manageable space, Turner is selling off giant chunks of the label’s history. The big ticket items include test presses, original album artwork, musical intruments and even a Disneyland vacation, though there are plenty of more reasonably priced options as well.
