In the Burger Records family there’s a wiener dog named Popcorn that recently ran into some health problems. A growth had to be removed from Popcorn’s stomach via a very costly surgery, so the label put together a massive benefit compilation to cover the costs. The Wiener Dog Comp features 71 unreleased tracks, including some heavy hitters like Redd Kross, Thee Oh Sees, King Tuff, Paul Collins and more. After Popcorn is taken care of the remaining proceeds will be donated to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
