Watch Devo Play Max’s Kansas City In 1977

In July of 1977, Devo played 3 nights at Max’s Kansas City in New York w/ The Cramps and Suicide.

Devo would of course play Max’s Kansas City a number of times after this, most famously on November 15th, 1977 when David Bowie introduced them on stage as “the band of the future!”

Here is some video from those nights. The image quality is not great, but the sound quality is pretty solid for being recorded 40 years ago.
