This week, the Milwaukee-based band hits the road with fellow Wisconsinites, Tenement, for an extensive tour that makes its final stop at Cobra Lounge in Chicago for what will surely be a night of raucous fun!
“We haven’t done a full tour of the Midwest since my wife got pregnant” says Nick Woods, frontman for the group. “So I’m mostly excited to see long-distance pals that I haven’t seen in almost two years. “Villain Alcoholic” is the saddest song on our new album. It might be the saddest one we’ve ever written. Because unlike most of our material, it’s about actual feelings and relationships, no matter how unrealistic they are, and how they fall apart.”
