If you like Halloween and free drugs, Wisconsin is the place to be this year. The Menominee Tribal Police Department in Wisconsin, is letting parents know that one cool house in Wisconsin is giving away free meth to trick-or-treaters. If you think sugar makes your kid hyper, you don’t even want to know what giving them meth will do.
If you find the house that is giving out free drugs, the police are asking that you tell them where it is.
