Hot Dog is easy to get out of his cage and walks great on a leash until he sees another dog. Then he strains and pulls to get closer to them. It was pretty hot outside when we met and while he took my treats gently he had no interested in an afternoon snack. Hot Dog has some patch fur all over his body and had some eye discharge I tried to wipe away. He acts appropriately when I was down at his level and he checked in with me occasionally. But Hot Dog was way more interested in all the other dogs he saw walking by to pay me much mind.
Hot Dog has started to attend dog playgroup. He enjoys some fast chase with the right play partners. He also tries to hump some dogs but stops with correction.
On 8/25 Hot Dog attended an Adoption Event where he had another great day. He played with dogs of all sizes. He even met goats and did fine. So social and playful and didn’t mind hopping in the pools they had.
On 8/23 Hot Dog attended an Adoption Event. Hot Dog was the life of the party. He met little dogs and did great. Played with a Boston Terrier for 15 min. Respectful of his size. Met kids and did well. Met a bulldog and loved her. Got barky here and there when he wasn’t getting attention.
