Drug Church, a band that is playing at Cobra Lounge in November, just released a new music video for their song “Unlicensed Hall Monitor”.
That song and nine others will be on their upcoming LP, Cheer, scheduled for release on November 2nd via Pure Noise.
What does Michael Nelson at Stereogum think of the new LP? “I dunno, man, it’s probably sacrilege, but the upcoming Drug Church LP, ‘Cheer’ […] is absolutely 100% perfect from beginning to end, whereas like, ‘Copper Blue’ is not. Neither is ‘Louder Than Love’. I will talk to strangers on the street about Seaweed […] but no Seaweed album is as good as ‘Cheer’.”
