Team Riot Fest is here to keep you entertained these next few weeks, and today is no different. We’ve got an exclusive first look at Sam Russo’s new album Back To The Party—out March 27 through Red Scare Industries—with a brand new video for “The Window.” Check it out below.
“The Window” was the first track recorded for Back To The Party, Russo’s first full-length release in five years. “[It’s] about chasing down your demons, Evil Dead II style,” he said, adding: “It’s the only good thing I’ve ever done before 7:00 a.m. with two guys in a sweaty room with a two-way mirror.”
The record also comes with some warm words from label mate/The Lawrence Arms frontman Brendan Kelly. “Even though he’s technically an acoustic artist, he packs enough meat and potatoes into each song that they hit with the heft of full band type shit, and then some,” Kelly stated. “Also, this motherfucker looks like a wizard.”
