Update: New registration date added!
Every year, we welcome area residents to attend the festival. This year, we’re inviting even more of our Douglass Park neighbors to come out and enjoy this year’s Riot Fest, September 15–17, free of charge.
During the below times, a tent will be set up near the corner of Ogden Ave and S Sacramento Dr in Douglass Park. Area residents who are interested in attending the festival can come to this tent with the following items to confirm they live in the neighborhood:
- Driver’s License, State-Issued ID, Passport, or CityKey (The CityKey is a free optional government-issued ID card available to all Chicagoans regardless of age, gender, immigration status, or housing status.
- 2 pieces of official mail showing proof of residency (i.e. recent bank statement, utility bill, insurance card, pay stub)
In order to receive free admission, residents must meet the following requirements:
- Must live within these boundaries: W. Arthington St. to the north, Central Park Ave. to the west, W. 24th St. to the south, and Western St. to the east (see map below).
- In order to qualify, please register for free admission prior to the event. Each individual must register separately.
