We’re seeking residents from North Lawndale, Little Village, and Douglass Park-adjacent communities to work in temporary positions during this year’s festival. Applications are now live; apply below or send in this PDF form to [email protected]. Applications are due August 18.
In addition: we’d like to remind neighbors that those who live within the newly expanded radius of Douglass Park can attend the festival for free, upon registering in advance at one of these Beautification days (read more about both of these initiatives here).

If you are not attending one of our Community Job Fairs, you may either fill it out and email it—along with the required paperwork listed below—to [email protected], or fill out an application online.
Jobs include, but aren’t limited to: General Labor; Information Services; Event Set-Up/Tear-Down; Gate Attendants; Grounds Maintenance; Sanitation & Trash Removal; ID/Wristband Checkers; On-Call General Staff.
Please note: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be able to stand for at least 8 hours, and be able to work in an outdoor environment.
