How to Upgrade
Upgrades must be performed by the original purchaser. To upgrade your ticket(s), log into your Tixr account -> ‘Manage Order’ -> Click ‘Upgrade Available’ on top left. Complete the purchase by paying the difference.
Please note that tickets with outstanding payment plan balances are not upgrade-eligible. You must finish out the payments before upgrading.
Upgrades can only be completed within the same ticket types; ie. 1-day -> 1-Day, 2-Day -> 2-Day, and 3-Day -> 3-Day.
