For the next 12 hours or so you can grab a new track from As I Lay Dying for free on their website. Click here to check out “Cauterize,” which after midnight tonight you’ll have to pay to download from the retailers. The song comes from the band’s upcoming album Awakened, which is due out September 25 via Metal Blade. The band is currently still at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, CO recording the album with Bill Stevenson. Once the recording is done they’ll head on the road for the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival and some off-fest headlining shows, which you can see below.
