Ben & Cherry’s, the makers of a hardcore porn film series, are being sued by Ben & Jerry’s for allegedly ruining their reputation. The trademark lawsuit is claiming that the porn DVDs are creating an association of the legendary ice cream names with pornography. Aside from using these “famous” names, the packaging is also looking rather reminiscent with a grazing cow, green grass and white rolling clouds. Some cleverly created DVD names include: Boston Cream Thigh, New York Fat & Chunky, Peanut Butter D-Cup.
