The 23 year old mother, Elizabeth Escalona, is currently awaiting sentencing in a Dallas prison for first degree child abuse. After becoming frustrated during her potty training efforts with her 2-yr old Jocelyn, Elizabeth took the training to the next level by super gluing her daughter’s hands to the wall and beating her repeatedly in the head and groin. Her pediatrician, own mother, and remaining 4 children were there to testify. It remains unclear for how long Jocelyn was glued to the wall before being brought to the hospital. Medical authorities also noticed severe bruises, as well as a brain injury that led to her temporarily being in a coma. All 5 children are currently in full custody of the grandmother.
