Fresh off their recent holiday album, August Burns Red has returned to writing real, non-themed songs. The band posted a photo of a drumkit to Facebook yesterday with the caption “Matt keeps a punching bag behind his kit for the frustrating times when writing drum parts for new songs, thats right, we said it WE ARE WRITING NEW SONGS!” When we know more about those new songs we’ll keep you informed.
