The Damned have announced a new album coming in 2017.
“Celebrated as being the most entertaining of the original punk bands, The Damned were the very first British band to release a punk single (their mighty debut New Rose, released on 22nd October 1976) and quickly gained a reputation as the band that would always deliver an accomplished live set, ever since they started playing live in tiny punk clubs that same year.”
It will be their first new album since 2008’s So, Who’s Paranoid?. You can pre-order the album now. Options include $10 for the digital download and $37 for a signed copy of the LP.
They also announced a 2017 North American tour with tickets on sale soon.
