Poor Fridge. He was returned to the Chicago ACC because his adopters realized they had allergies. The Fridge is a big guy, but relatively of easy to handle once he’s gotten a chance to burn off his excess energy. He really enjoys soft toys or rope toys that he can shake and gnaw on. Fridge has a nice sit and takes treats better when he’s not so excited. He can be a little mouthy when he’s all energized so we don’t recommend him for homes with small kids at this time.
Fridge has been tested for dog playgroup and they noted that he is pretty mouthy and pretty physical (why do you think he has the name of a Chicago Bear). Fridge tends to chase his mates down so he would need very resilient play pals. We hope to get to know more about Fridge’s dog to dog play skills, so at this time we recommend him to be an only, spoiled dog.
