In 1987, with the Cold War omnipresent, Angelo Moore wrote and recorded the Fishbone burner “Subliminal Fascism,” for the classic Truth and Soul album. Riot Fest sat down with Moore at Milwaukee’s Summerfest 30 years later to find out what inspired the song back then, and it resonates today.
