Lookin’ for some good cookin’ this September? Since Riot Mike can’t make us burgers in-office right now, we’re teaming up with Goose Island to bring you the Riot Fest Burger (with a matching growler, too).
Based on Riot Mike’s favorite burger (the original Big Boy burger), the Riot Fest Burger is two fresh seasoned beef patties, American cheese, shredded lettuce and famous sauce on a sesame seed bun. Oh, and hand breaded onion rings on the side. With zesty sauce for said onion rings. Pair it with Goose Island’s Cermak Pilsner inside a limited-edition Riot Fest crowler and you’re more than good to go.
The burger and crowler will be available for the month of September at Goose Island’s Clybourn Brewhouse, open for pickup 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CDT. All proceeds will benefit the Riot Fest Foundation, so you’re bound to feel good about your purchase one way or another.
