A General Admission ticket (no wristband) will grant entry once per day to the festival grounds Sept. 20–22, 2024 where you can watch performances across any stage throughout the venue.
Hold on to your GA ticket! You’ll use the same ticket to scan in each day. You are not required to print your ticket, however, it might come in handy if you do. All GA tickets are set for delayed delivery and will be issued Sept 4.
Re-entry will not be permitted for GA ticket holders— this means that once you’re in for the day, you can’t leave and come back during the same day.
Want somethin’ a little fancier or need re-entry privileges? Visit the Riot Fest Ticket Page for all the ticket options! VIP, Deluxe, and Deluxe+ pass.
Please note: VIP, Deluxe, and Deluxe+ tickets will need to be swapped for a cloth wristband at the box office before you can enter the festival. Each 3-day wristband will be placed on the attendee’s wrist and is to be worn all weekend by the same person.
Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order confirmation and government-issued ID to Wristband Assistance near the entrances of the festival. Please note there is a $25 wristband replacement fee.
*We are only able to provide a replacement for wristbands purchased through the Riot Fest website/Tixr. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.
Payment plans are an available option during the checkout process in Tixr. The last day to purchase with a payment plan is Aug 16; full payment is due Sept 4. For payment plan information click here.
There is a new upgrade process with Tixr this year. All you have to do is pay the difference in cost between your original purchase and the new, higher-value purchase.
Please note that tickets with outstanding payment plan balances are not upgrade-eligible.
How To Upgrade: When logged into your Tixr account, go to ‘My Events’ or ‘My Orders’ and then click ‘Upgrade Available.’ Complete the purchase. Ta-da!
Riot Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Festival tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable. All event information, including the lineup, is subject to change.
Designated viewing areas will be conveniently located at all five stages. Additionally, guests can enjoy the exclusive Deluxe and Deluxe+ Lounge situated at the heart of the main stage area.
Please note that only 3-day VIP PRESALE ticket holders will receive drink tickets (3 total for the weekend for each 3-day VIP pass).

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ACCESSIBILITY
Riot Fest is committed to making the festival accessible for all festival attendees.
ADA PARKING
Our ADA parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and are at no cost to you. ADA parking will be along S Sacramento Dr. across the street from the main entrance. Please refer to the official festival map. You will need a verified handicapped placard or license plate.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, ADA viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING PLATFORMS
There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons at designated stages. To access these areas, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Center. Since space on these platforms is limited, only one companion at a time may accompany an attendee with an accessibility wristband. Companion passes may be swapped out at any time at the Accessibility Booth. Bring the old wristband to complete the swap.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed inside the festival grounds, but we do allow trained service animals to accompany those with disabilities to Riot Fest. Emotional support animals are not allowed. You must register your service animal at the Accessibility Booth upon arrival.
AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ASL) INTERPRETER REQUESTS
Requests for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted performances can be submitted to Info@RiotFest.org with the subject line “ASL Interpreter Request”. While we are unable to offer ASL interpreters for every performance, we will carefully review each request and assign interpreters based on demand. The deadline to submit requests is Aug 20, 2024.
