Riot Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Festival tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable. All event information, including the lineup, is subject to change.
For extra peace of mind, you can purchase Order Protection at checkout. Purchasing Order Protection allows you to get a refund if you’re unable to attend an event for a covered reason.
What does order protection cover?
☝🏻 Not every situation is covered by order protection. For a complete description of what’s included, please refer to the terms and conditions. These can be conveniently accessed directly from the checkout page and will not interfere with your cart.
Please contact Tixr Fan Support to get help regarding your festival ticket(s).
A General Admission ticket will grant entry once per day to the festival grounds Sept 18–20, 2026 where you can watch performances across any stage throughout the venue.
You are not required to print your ticket, however, it might come in handy if you do. All GA e-tickets (no wristbands) are set for delayed delivery and will be issued in early September 2026. Check your email and your Tixr Account for details. As a courtesy to Douglass Park residents, GA tickets do not permit re-entry throughout the day.
Want something a little better or need re-entry privileges? Visit the Riot Fest Ticket Page for all the ticket options – including VIP, Deluxe, and Deluxe+ passes.
Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order confirmation and government-issued ID to Wristband Assistance near the entrances of the festival. Please note there is a $25 wristband replacement fee.
*We are only able to provide a replacement for wristbands purchased through the Riot Fest website/Tixr. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.
Designated viewing areas will be conveniently located at all main stages. Additionally, guests can enjoy the exclusive Deluxe and Deluxe+ Lounge situated at the heart of the main stage area.

What is the FTC’s Transparent Pricing Rule?
In 2024, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) introduced a new rule requiring businesses to clearly display the total price a customer will pay up front—no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. This means that any mandatory fees must be included in the initial advertised price. At Riot Fest, we fully support transparent pricing and are committed to making sure you see the full cost of your purchase from the start.
Starting May 12, 2025, Riot Fest advertised ticket prices include all fees. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Waitlist is a feature that lets you pre-authorize your card for purchase in case sold-out tickets become available. When you join a waitlist, you are placed on a first-come, first-served waitlist for your reserved tickets. If the tickets become available, then the order is automatically placed, and you’ll receive your confirmation immediately.
Tickets with a waitlist option will have “Waitlist” noted next to them.
For full details, visit the Tixr Fan Support page: https://support.tixr.com/joining-updating-and-leaving-waitlists#about
All VIP, Deluxe, and Deluxe+ wristbands will be shipped in 2026. (GA orders are still electronic tickets and do not include a wristband.)
If you need to update the shipping address, you can do so in your Tixr account. To find out how, click here.

TAKING THE BUS/TRAIN? The CTA Pink Line’s California Ave stop is just blocks away from the festival entrance—it’s the most convenient route to the fest.
Getting to Riot Fest via CTA
Bike parking, traditionally provided by local organization Working Bikes, will likely be available just north of Ogden, between Albany and Sacramento. Working Bikes will keep an eye on bicycles parked, but bringing your lock is still a good idea. Is something up with your ride? Feel free to ask the WB volunteers for air, a quick safety check, or to talk through the solution to n+1.
This service is at no cost. Donations are strongly encouraged. Working Bikes provides a repair and retail storefront and operates a donation center to recycle and reuse old bike parts. Hell yeah for sustainability!
Out of respect for our neighbors, we encourage all our attendees to utilize Chicago’s public transportation or rideshare if possible!

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ACCESSIBILITY
Riot Fest is committed to making the festival accessible for all festival attendees.
ADA PARKING
Our ADA parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and are at no cost to you. ADA parking will be along S Sacramento Dr. across the street from the main entrance. Please refer to the official festival map. You will need a verified handicapped placard or license plate.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, ADA viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING PLATFORMS
There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons at designated stages. To access these areas, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Center. Since space on these platforms is limited, only one companion at a time may accompany an attendee with an accessibility wristband. Companion passes may be swapped out at any time at the Accessibility Booth. Bring the old wristband to complete the swap.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed inside the festival grounds, but we do allow trained service animals to accompany those with disabilities to Riot Fest. Emotional support animals are not allowed. You must register your service animal at the Accessibility Booth upon arrival.
AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ASL) INTERPRETER REQUESTS
Requests for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted performances can be submitted to Info@RiotFest.org with the subject line “ASL Interpreter Request”. While we are unable to offer ASL interpreters for every performance, we will carefully review each request and assign interpreters based on demand. The deadline to submit requests is Aug 20, 2026.
Questions or concerns about accessibility accommodations? Email [email protected] with the subject line “Accessibility” so we can assist you.
