Book exploring the first wave of Canadian punk coming in October

Fans of early Canadian punk will have reason to rejoice on October 1. ECW Press is set to release Sam Sutherland’s Perfect Youth: The Birth Of Canadian Punk, an in-depth look at the first wave of Canadian punk. It’s set to go beyond the bands most people know (D.O.A., Subhumans, Teenage Head, The Viletones) and go into more detail about the smaller scenes spread across the country.
