Goner Records has released details on a set of recordings from The Barbaras that was once thought lost. The group was together from 2006 to 2008 and featured members of the Boston Chinks, Magic Kids and members of Jay Reatard’s backing band. The group recorded a bunch of stuff with Reatard that everyone assumed was lost forever on his hard drive but has now been recovered. Barbaras 2006 – 2008 is set for release on October 30 and you can listen to samples of all the songs here.
