VOLUNTEER FAVORITE!!! Topsy is ALL about the people around her. She is wonderful with adults and has been really good with kids she has met. She lets every single person who comes up to her pet her and thinks nothing of flopping on her back to allow you to give her lots of belly rubs. Topsy loves getting treats and takes them very gently. Topsy wants to be someone’s one and only dog. She deserves someone who would shower her with love and attention. Topsy came back to us as a return/owner surrender on 5/21/17 and has been waiting 67 days for her perfect family.
