Riot Fest Adoptable Puppy of the Week: Mercedes
Mercedes has totally come out of her shell since she first arrived at CACC – and it’s great to see! She is truly wonderful. She is easy on leash, she is very affectionate, she knows some commands and takes directions incredibly well. She is nothing short of wonderful. Mercedes is such a sweetheart. And being 8 years old, it is so sad to see her in a kennel in her middle age years. She leans in for hugs, scratches, and kisses. Mercedes has a lot of life and love left in her and would be a wonderful family dog or companion for just about anyone.
She was surrendered due to her owner moving into an apartment that wouldn’t allow her or the other dog she was living with (the other dog has since left the shelter). It seems like Mercedes was really loved and she has a lot of love to give. Her previous owner stated she’s good with kids too!
