Well, your dream job has arrived! The local news has reported that Ooni, a company that makes fancy home pizza ovens, is looking for a few good pizza taste testers. That’s right, you could get paid to eat pizza at home all day long. This is not a test… the company just posted a call for applicants for the “Best Job in the World” to its website, and you have until October 14 to head over there and apply. From the company’s post:
We’re hiring multiple people for a number of Pizza Taste Tester roles – these roles will be a unique mix of recipe development, product testing and brand ambassadorship – pizza, pizza, and more pizza! Maybe you’re a chef, a food stylist, a pizzaiolo, or simply a super passionate home cook. You’ll be helping us develop and test recipes using our awesome wood-fired pizza ovens, as well as testing and providing feedback on new products, plus showcasing Ooni to the world through your social media accounts and at live events.
Ooni adds that candidates with prior experience in making pizza dough and cooking pizza will be moved to the front of the line, as well as those who are enthusiastic about cooking and sharing food with their “nearest and dearest.”
Also, relocation won’t be an issue. It doesn’t matter where you live, because Ooni will ship its shiny pizza ovens to the winners new employees. As if this isn’t all music to your stomachs enough, Ooni is sweetening the deal by paying the hirees actual money! Too good to be true? Could be, but it’s definitely worth a shot.
