Third time’s a charm! We’ve received over 2,000 entries for this year’s Adopt-A-Portapotty contest, and the names were as poopy as ever. We’ve selected a large group of semi-finalists, and it’s now up to you, the people, to vote for your 10 favorite portapotty names.
The WBEZ team and Riot Fest will select five picks, to go along with five picks from the poll you see below. Vote for your favorite 10 names, and don’t vote more than once or you’ll be banned from RiotFest.org contests for eternity.

Contest Deadlines
- Use peoples’ first names only (for privacy reasons, of course).
- You can’t name a portapotty after a celebrity, a well-known figure or something inappropriate. Please, keep it PG-13!
- You can name a portapotty after someone else, with some funny flair included (i.e. “Filthy Grandpa Joe, Who Never Flushes”)
- All contest entries must be received on August 21st by 11:59 PM
- Voting begins on August 22nd and ends on August 29th by 11:59 PM
- Winners will be picked on August 31st and notified
