Wheelchair-accessible shuttles are available upon request. To request a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please contact [email protected] at least ten days before the festival. Please include your order number, pick-up location, and preferred departure time in your email.
If you miss your shuttle time, we will do our best to get you on the next Shuttle if there are available seats, but there are no guarantees. Shuttle seats are reserved for those that purchased passes for that time.
If the currently-available slots all fill up, additional time slots may be made available. If that happens, you will have the option to update your reservation time. If you want to change pickup times, date or location please reach out to [email protected] by 09/01.

The shuttle drop-off area is on-site, within the festival parking lot, just a short walk from the entrance.
There will be a designated shuttle area on-site. Staff and signage will be available to help you find the right shuttle line.
You may eat and drink (no alcohol) on the buses, but we ask that you please are considerate and take your garbage with you when you step off the bus.
Shuttle ticket sales will be closed closer to the festival date. Prices closer to the event will increase, and only single day tickets will be available.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’d like to transfer your ticket to another person, you can do so by logging into your Afton account. If you’d like to change pickup times, date or location please reach out to [email protected] and they’ll be able to assist.
Your ticket will be emailed by Afton Ticketing. You can either print it out or have it scanned from your phone when boarding.
