On Sunday afternoon Voetsek/STFU guitarist Jeff Davis was in a motorcycle accident which unfortunately took his life. According to reports his wife Nikki is still in critical condition. In addition to playing guitar in Voetsek and STFU Davis ran sound at Oakland venue The Metro and recorded bands at Lennon Studios. Voetsek’s final release is 2010’s three way split 12″ with Barbados and Minkions. Our condolences go out to his family, friends and fans and we wish Nikki a full and complete recovery.
