Tim Armstrong Climbs A Tree And Plays ‘Journey to the End of the East Bay’
There aren’t any silhouetted palm trees backing it up against the sky, and we’re not in Echo Park, but at this year’s 2017 Musack Rock n’ Roll Carnival on October 7th, in a backyard in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, Tim Armstrong climbed a tree to sing an acoustic version of the Rancid song ‘Journey to the End of the East Bay’.
Bonus points for the introduction from Billy Bragg.
